Caruthersville Mo!!!!
Casie and I will be there
I like to go there.
I'll be there if I don't have to work.
Hope to be there.
I wish he would do that the weekend AFTER duck season closes. Louie hits that last weekend every year.
I will be there.
I am up there several times a year. I only live about 25 minutes from Caruthersville. I'd love to go up and listen to some of the speakers. I'm sure I could find something to buy as well. Louie is very knowledgeable, especially about Reelfoot. It is worth the trip.
I wish this was closer. There are never any crappie seminars close to me.
That is also the weekend of a boat an outdoor show here in town. I have to fulfill my pro staff duties with my xpress dealer. Maybe next time.
TTT. Will be there friday evening after another duck beat down that morning. I'll be the guy in a fishing shirt and camo hat. Stop and say howdy.
One more bump.
See ya'll there tomorrow evening after killing a limit of green tomorrow morning. If anyone would like to donate to the RCC Tackle Box Fund hereafter known as the RTBF, I take paypal or I will give you a handful of stuff to buy for me if you are at the show. If you are there, I can also give you tips about which tackle and gear to buy. Of course there will be a very small consulting fee for this, but I would be willing to trade tackle for consulting as well. As you all know, I'm just here to help all of you catch more fish.
I told Lou I could do a seminar or two if needed and they said they would get back to me on this, but so far the phone hasn't rang.
If anyone is there, be sure to give me a shout.
I'll see you there tomorrow Randell, if you do a seminar I will be sure to sit in on it.
yeah, i know wannabe is the man, i guess i just lost it for a moment after reading the RCC ramble....
See yall there tomorrow. Going to have casie sit in on all the rest of the hb seminars so she can be my guru. Hopefully RCC has scouted everything out and has a plan of attack for tomorrow.
I sent Carol to catch the seminars. She said Wade Mansfield, Sam Heaton, and Ronnie Capps did a great job. I asked to see her notes and she said "no" that she would demo on the water. Myself, I worked the crowd trying to make a sale, but no one was buying BS tonight. I did pick up several crank baits at a bargain. Actually they were regular price, but Creekslick had touched these and had some commentary about some unmentioned colors on some certain unnamed lakes, so I feel I came out really good. Of course you can't leave Grizzly Jig without a handful of poles and I fulfilled this seemingly mandatory obligation. Meeting old friends and making new are what makes the Grizzly Jig spring show great. Ran into Laser Beam and company there. Swapped a fish tale or so with him. Creekslick pointed out to me another Poinsett fisherman so I went and introduced myself. We traded a few notes and I found that he too had caught many 8 inch slabs out of there. I enjoyed meeting Joe?, another one of Waynes buddies. Rumor has it that he has got a hidden GPS on Creeks boat. More investigation is in order, but if it is true, I volunteer to help pay for the batteries to keep it alive in exchange for some data. Overall, it was Spring show normal...GREAT.
