How many poles can you troll on the lower lake at Sardis?

Can't remember boat limit
So it's not 3 poles like it is on the upper lake? 20 fish is what it says on mdwfp.com.
no length limit on lower lake either according to my book
20 is correct for fish limit
I was thinking boat pole limit but I suppose u fish by yourself like me mostly
No length limit, 5 pole per person, 20 fish per person, no boat limit

Lower lake is very confusing, individual limit is 20, not 15. I asked the same question about boat limit and return post said there was no boat limit???????
