I would like to be out there but where are you launching from? and what type of boat? I have the bass tracker 175 TF and was just wondering how to get over to that side.
launch in the harbor(riverwalk marina) go west, turn right just before the rail road bridge.
thanks....i went out yesterday and was wondering how to safely get over there.
tried it for 2 hours today. no crappie. 2 huge drum. good to get out but a little too windy for the yak. might try somer else tomorrow.

i had no luck myself...got out there around 1...i saw you alexava on the yak..... I tried around the bridge and out in the middle parts around the 11 to 8 feet range.
were you jiggin or live bait...
spider rigging jigs. were you in a camo boat?
I tried another spot yesterday for a couple hours and got skunked. don't know when ill get motivated to try again.
