You gonna do it on a lazer?
Yep
Should be plenty nice, if you can make em cheap enough you could prolly sell a few on here, Good Luck
:popcorn
Looks nice! Can't wait to see the finished version!!
Looks good...:ThumbsUp
Maybe even a handle to carry the whole shebang when the rods are not needed in the boat...??
Rickie
How about some kind of a quick release system from the boat, so the holder can be taken off the boat when stored.
What about aluminum instead of steel?
Im getting them cut and painted for a real good price ....lol.... I'm happy with the steel I would rather it be aluminum but not hard to please
The powder coat will protect them
The weight difference will only be 1.5 lb.
Aluminum would have been great though
I'll have to work on a quick disconnect
They have been cut, painted, and bent I'll just have to pick them up and get them mounted
I should have posted before I sent it to the shop y'all could have helped he make them great
1. Aluminum (not coated the silver would look great)
2. I need to design a Handel to connect them ......
3. Quick diconect
They are done I'll try and get them mounted and some pics done
That's the way I see it, cutting down on wasted space
You have baits to make, no time for fishing ha ha. You can just let me make use of that rack lol
Fisher hawk, you might get together with Callshy (Hi-Tek rod holder guy) and see about using his dovetail base system for the Q/D you seek. he's good people and an Alabama boy too.
