What kind did you get?
well done.....I'm going Wednesday or Thursday or both.......what time of day did you fish....and what time did you wish you could go....today's peak was supposed to be around 12 or 1......what bait did you use......I will have shiners & jigs.....
I went right at dark only had about 45 minutes of daylight but the bite is funny i was fishing 5 foot deep around structure and at dark they turned on i only had 4 then back to back as fast as i could get it in the water i had a fish on they were hitting the jig on the way down and striking the cork i really dont think color mattered alot but i was using solid chartreuse hair jigs with a red head then just as fast as they started they quit and i didnt get another bite!!! i lost a few and threw a few back but it was fun while it lasted!!!! i bought the hummingbird 581i i like it so far!!

Yes i do paw paw gene!!!! The bad thing is sometimes they are few and far between!!!! I have been lucky though i got on these fish about 2 monthe or so ago and have been able to follow them as they move. Hopefully they will hold up when the "TAKE DAT"tournaments start. The size has been really impressive to i do throw back a good bit of smaller ones every time i go so the up coming crop looks real good and in some of the females it looks like they are making eggs and egg sacks (maybe a early spawn???) thanks for the comments yall!!
