Well made a day trip with crappie pro and crappie greg today for a ice fishing trip. Braved the road conditions traveling some distance to where the fish were biting. The bite today was way off for sure. Took us a while but we managed a triple limit. We even got to meet and greet Jiggermax at the boat ramp. All in all it was a great tip to be had. Good mess of fish guys! Wish I could have met you all early and got in on some of the action.
One good thing about this kind of weather, is you don't have to worry about the fish spoiling because of hot weather. If you don't want to clean them today, just leave them outside and they will be froze by morning.

Was tougher bite for sure but we caught some real good fish. Good as I've caught out there. Those green/chartruse umbrellas did'nt get as many solid bites but produced some real good ones today. Weatherman missed it today again , line kept freeze'n in my guides on my Ozark rods. Guess I got cold as I been in a long time. Was nice to come home to find garage door up to back in my boat . Pot of Lima Beans in half and half with Corn Bread waiting. My bed had a heating pad at the foot of the bed warming it up. Little woman hugged me and asked how my trip was. Not many fishermen so lucky as me.:biggrin Finally got warm and eating dessert , Cheesecake with fresh Strawberries. Life is good as usual.:highfive
