Getting ready for a major ice event tom. got to get some gas for gen. and stock up on junk food.Hope it misses us.
Filled up all of my gas cans yesterday and added Stabil. Ran my generator for an hour Sunday to make sure everything was good with it. Filled the pantry and fridge yesterday. Let it snow!!!!
Need to crank my generator.
food, got plenty. headed to vino store in a short, got to have a survival kit...

Finally got my generator started last night. It took a few more tugs than I prefer but I can't complain because I haven't started it in over a year. Got her filled up and good to go now.
Poor Larry and Sandy came down there to get outa that stuff and now look...be safe y'all.
I hope it misses everybody. They say that we're supposed to just get lots of rain down here.

I met about 20 electric company trucks headed north this morning below Hernando. No names on the trucks. Someone is getting prepared.
The news is running Memphis area school closings for tomorrow and the weekend. City salt trucks for Horn Lake and Southaven are running.
