Attachment 143855Decided to meet Crapslabstu at Crescent this morning. Wind was up, but the bite was decent in the early morning. My big fish was 1 lb 13 oz., Stu's biggin was 2 lb 1 oz. Stu gave me two of his big fish and released the rest for January. Also got a hold of a 4-5 lb striped bass. Crappie are getting fat up there!

Great going guys, looks like you had some nice slabs today. My day was less eventful. Got to Talquin around noon and fished for about 3.5 hours. We only managed to catch 5 and missed a few. I will be working on them for the next two weeks and hope to find some big ones. Having internet problems tonight and hope its not going to be like this for the two weeks. Tried to send some pic's but could not, sorry. We will try again tomorrow.

Honest..... we were heading to scout out the Astor area..................................got a little confused and before we knew it...........we were on Crescent :)
My money is on a 3 pounder coming out of her this year. :crazy:
Yes sir...it was foggy outside, and thought we were putting in at Astor. But I started fishing and when the fog dissipated we realized we were on Crescent. Hate it when that happens. :angel:
