Get either a Rat Terrier or a Jack Russel.....great little watch dogs and squirrel dogs too ......females seem to make the best hunters
there is a man, Randy Pannell, that lives in Blue Springs. He has one of the best lines of treeing dogs around here. Usually has some pups. KS10
Don't want a jack or rat terrier. Had a mix one time and was as dumb as WB. LOL
One of my buddies got a mountain Kerr she is only 7 months old and treeing some already.
I did find a guy online that has Pheonix Squirrel dogs and shot him a message. Don't know much about them but it appears he has some good dogs based on the pictures he has on his FB page. LOL
try a guy by the name of ken kirkland in ala. he has one of the top blood lines in the country and has dogs in all stages of training and pups also sometimes.. some curs will leave the country on ya and are fine if you don't mine walking a bunch. feists generally hunt a little closer 100-200 yards and great little dogs, house or yard. i own feists and they hunt just right for me. this pic is me and two other feist guys up in missouri a few years back. . thats ken kirkland in the middle with banjo, a sho nuff sq dog. the other two are out of banjo.. i will pm you his email address if you want to talk to him about one. he is a straight shooter..

DD, u should get one of them battery operated dogs. That way, when it developed wiring or battery issues or wiring and battery issues, you won't have to listen to it yapping no more.
Or ya could just put a leash on Kdavid and tell everybody he's a Catahoula Yorkie mix

one of the coaches at new Albany tried to give me one last week . will check tomorrow if you want . they are full blooded but not registered .

GTG gotta make sure he ain;t skeered of possums, thats for sure
None of my business, but you can fork over a PILE of money for one with good bloodlines, but I am sure you know already know that. Theres a fellow down the road from me who has some great dogs but he ain't cheap.
So I'm finding out. The one's I'm going to look at are from $350-$400. They have some really good bloodlines from what a friend was telling me
That one Eagle1 was telling you about is priced rite. Both the ones I have now were free, one is the best dog I have ever had, owner of the mail dog used to sire the pups never produced any papers so the pups didn't get registered. My Kerr cost 800 bucks and the man I got him from had driven somewhere in Eastern Kentucky to get him.
He's a 4 thousand dollar dog. That's the amount of crap he has chewed up.
