Some idiot that wants to freeze!
must be a puter GEEK
What I want to know is ..... what kinda vehicle is that "guber" driving, that has a speedo that goes to 160 MPH :yikes
... cp :kewl
Pappy......its the same vehicle he pulls his boat with.....a BMW......... You know what they say, you can't hide money:Rofl
Talquin Maggie said that if I bought her a BMW, she would let me pull my boat to the lake with it also:Rofl
Heck.......Slabs wife and daughter both drive BMW's too........you know how it is......Crappie Dynasty lol
If you were a BMW mechanic, what kind of car would you drive?
Did you see the mileage on that car? We don't own one with under 100k miles on it. In fact, thats about what mileage is on them when I buy them. Tell me that this is not the best car purchase ever made (only if you can repair them yourself), buy it for $10K and drive it for 100k miles (yes, we drive them up to 200k+ miles). Problem now is, I really need a truck!
Hey....its no fun picking on you if your going to be logical lol :Rofl I am ( used to be) a bull dozer mechanic.....but I don't drive one lol
You prolly would if one of them dozers got anything for gas mileage!
And yes, I need a truck. This works but I get too many funny looks:

I think a dozer in front of that boat would look better! Got any dozers that get 20 mpg pulling a boat?
gas mileage is not everything....comfort and better survival in case of a accident means a lot. I have trouble getting in and out of cars today. Have to fall in and climb out lol. My GMC truck and my Chevy Tahoe both get 22 on the road......I can put up with that lol. The closer the seat is to the floor....the more my back hurts on a trip. So that's why I am driving what I drive.
No argument here. I'm all about safety. I originally was a Volvo mechanic (only 2 years before I got into computers). My uncle was the service manager at a Volvo shop. I probably drove 10 different "bricks". Those square 240 series, ugly Volvo's.
After he passed I felt I was the only Volvo "fix it yourself" Volvo mechanic out there. I searched high and low and found that on the Internet there were tons of people fixing their own BMW's, so I switched to that brand.
I always told my daughters, they could drive any car they wanted as long as it was a Mercedes, Volvo or a BMW! All because of their reputation for safety. lol.
Anyway, when I left the computer field I worked for BMW for 5 years. Another reason I've stuck with that brand. But all that is kinda mute now. Pretty much all brands have a ton of safety built into them these days. And yes, bigger is better when it comes to safety (another reason I'd like a truck). No real reason to pick those German brands anymore except that I know how to fix Bimmers., so there you go.
Well......your not any fun today....pick on ya and can't even get a good argument or a fuss:Rofl:Rofl:Rofl
Btw. I think those old volvos did qualify as a dozer. They were built like tanks. Indestructible. The original "safe" Volvo. In fact, if anyone remembers them, when you shut the door, it sounded like you were shutting a safe, or a bank vault door.
get a truck with a cooler full of ice cold beer in the bed

Yeah I had thought about the X3 and even the X5. But actually the engine in the the X3 and my 530 is the same. They kinda can tow equally. The X3 just got more ground clearance. Still, I think a good ole American Pickup truck might be what I need. They got some darn good ones now. I switched brands once, I can do it again! lol
