tim if you need help i will be more than glad to help a pal out.
lookin good T
Looks good, how much weight will it take to get it down an keep it there?
I hope the weight of the concrete will. Those gallon cans full of it. Got 39 made up ready to drop.
Don't forget if you need it we can help...... man those look hard to handle, just saying. don't want you to hurt yourself old buddy!!! See you tomorrow at school and we can talk about them coords.;)
I don't know, Tim .... maybe you might want to "sacrifice" one of them, first, to see if a gallon of crete is enough weight to hold them down.
At least, the way you built them, if they fall over they will still make good cover.
Are they headed to Green or Cumberland ??
... cp :kewl
1 gal of crete ain't gonna do it. I'm gonna guess 4 at a minimum.
Remember Tim, I will help you put them out and will keep my eyes shut so I don't know where they are.........
I'm with Whiskers on this one a gallon of concrete will not sink these, better have some blocks on hand when ready to sink these, I have had pallets float up with 4 heavy blocks on them
Took my floating cans to the lake today and hung me a 10/0 hook, tied to a 1/4 nylon rope with a chicken on it for catfish bait. Cause yall said they wouldnt sink so thought I use them for bobbers. When casted them out, I be Dang if they sunk to the bottom. :dono
Question is ... will they stay there, where you dropped them ?? They might have had enough weight to make them go to the bottom, but if it was "just enough", they're subject to be moved around by current or rise/fall of the water level. Or, Heaven forbid, some Muskie/Bass angler or crankbait troller snags into one of them and pulls them away from their "marked" spot :banghead
