That would be a VERY good reason to stop having tourneys on Butla! COE is in charge of FLOOD control . Lake master seems to forget it occasionally
To each their own on keeping a legal limit but if you truly need the fish to feed your family maybe you shouldnt be fishing a tournament in the first place. I see nothing wrong with the rule in place at Butla although it goes against the grain on the other COE lakes.

I hope we always have Butla on the schedule, some pigs in there and it will make you have to fish hard sometimes.

You can take any old cooler and drill a hole in the top, run hose thru, and glue bubbler on cooler top. That's your homemade live well and I promise it works.
