Ducker, good to see you out and about last night. Some good stuff rolls through Jimmy's place. Last night cost me $68, not to bad. Tuesday ought to be good with the meat sale. Friday with the sports sale.

Ok, what and where is Jimmy's place?
Need an icon for thread jumping for sure.
Jimmy buys pallets of store returned and discontinued items to auction off. He gives you 14 days to check the item out and return if it doesn't work.
I got a $100 Food Saver for $22, return sticker said "won't lock, won't turn on". I've used it 3 times, works fine.
Friday the 15th is suppose to be a big outdoors sportsman's sale. On Nail rd. between Boomer's and Pounder's.
Thanks G.
I looked at this thread, wait a minute, I didn't start this. I posted on another thread.
is Jimmys place kinda like Ricks in winona
It's an auction warehouse.
Well they use to have auction at ricks but you better have cash only
Hope to see a few of you there.
What time does it start this Friday? And does it happen every week, once a month or when?
Thanks guys! Used to go to the one in Olive Branch but they stopped having them there a few months ago. Got some good deals on some 10' & 12' crappie rods among other things there...
6 to 9:30 on tuesday and 6 to 10 pm on friday every week.
Cash only payment ? Any buyers premium ?
He had a few items out that will be in friday's outdoor sale. Hunting blinds, lamps, foam deer, 2 man Bass Hunter boat with rear wheels, I didn't see the seats with it.
Paper, paper or plastic for payment, yes 10% added and tax.
There was a great crowd last night, all seats taken and standing room only. Some items took a double take from me but no bids, so I got home with all my money. Tuesday he plans to have Finger Hut produces.
I hear that the Olive Branch Shrine Temple will have an auction next friday at 6 pm. Vendors will be here from Booneville, MS with products from Plumrose plant.
It was good seeing you again canebraker. Nice meeting Ducker also. I ended up with what I had my eye on. A portable fish cleaning table for just over 35 .00. As much as these fish cleaning stations on the coe lakes have been down I can go to the edge of the lake and get it done. Hate doing it at the house. Just not setup for it.
I'll tell you one thing those people were getting deals on laptops and tablets. 150-300 dollars.
The bad thing about the laptops and other electronics is they are display models or returns. You don't know how they were used before you get them. I'll bid on one when they come in sealed boxes, discontinued. My 39" Haier tv was $170. + 10% and tax no box. If I get a year or more use out of it I'll feel good.
If you go to a food auction watch for items to be close to or out of date. Mother bought the bigger than quart size jar of mayo or salad dressing for about half of store price, had 2 months left before expiring. A pint of mayo will last me a year or more, so I wouldn't buy it.
