Junebug Chenille

Just tied this one up to show, but need to work on what all ways I can use this.

I am sure I have said it before, if not I should of. You are extremely talented and gifted when it comes to making these little fishing lures. Catherine ask me all the time, "You are going to throw that in the water !!!!!!????? What happens if you loose it. It is to pretty and nice looking to fish with."

Again, it looks fantastic and thanks for sharing.

Thank you guys, I just try to make jigs look as good as I can and dream up chenille to order and tie with the best colors I can think of that I also think will catch fish. I sure appreciate the kind comments!

That's a good one for sure what about a chart rabbit tail on that one?

Sure Va rabbit of several colors will do well. I have about every color they make in Rabbit so lots to experiment with including Hot Pink!

That's a great color chenille, nice one Skip.

Nice tie Skip. When art meets science. you have did it I feel like that when I do it that it becomes more of a joy for me than for the fish. Some patterns the fish like and some times they are more a hat decoration. Tell us how that one does. Looks like it may be a early fall or late spring pattern for our area.

Love the blue, a re-visit of an old bass color I used a lot. That will do.....

That's got a lot go in' on and looks good, but as far as the colors for the chenille…white, blue , white. It's a staple here and can't go wrong with it. Can always spruce it up the same way you did that dark combo.

Yes when I make one for me it will get all dressed up, but this one was for a sample for a guy that I made a lot of my Little Stingers for is I made it just like he wanted the other ones. Just thought he should know something besides black or gray body can look really good and I think work well.

I meant that one looks dressed up. It looks good. You were asking about colors with the fancy chenille. Thatd be my choice
