that is good
Hey, those look great. Good size ones too. I'm getting the fever bad.. Mustard and what else?
Temp and how long ?
I rolled them in mustard then in crushed saltine cracker crumbs. Put them on a sprayed cookie sheet and seasoned them with Southern Star, lemon pepper would do good. I drizzled some olive oil over them and baked them at 425 for 15 minutes. Then I turned on the broil until the tops browned a little.
Man that's looks and sounds good
Chef Scott strikes again.
That sounds GREAT Scott!!!! I gotta try that!!
Gonna have to try this
Plain Corn flakes make good coating as well. I've also used Panko. I'm not that big on mustard on fish though but I know people that are. Pic looks good though.
Try Panko.
Got to try that Scott. Looks real good
Looks good, gonna have to try it sometime.
Gotta agree with 27458. Cant go wrong with panko if you want a little crunch on your baked or broiled fish.
That does look good. May have to try it with Bacon flavored crackers or cheese flavored bugels.
