I have one and they are fantastic. Turkeys come out almost like they are fried in oil, but not quite. However, they are not as greasy which is a plus for me. Very crisp and moist, wonderful eating. They best thing I've cooked in mine is a standing rib roast. Holy smokes they are good! Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. I've done wings, ribs, whole chickens, you name it. I have the propane version Charbroil Big Easy. I highly recommend, no more 3 gallons of oil!
