where can you get these in packages of 100 ?:popcorn
I recently got 5 packages that had around 10 off of eBay. I don't know about large packages though.
Grizzly Jig has them
Also try NetCraft. Sometimes they will have things like that in larger packages.
Tjs tackle has them cheaper anyone I found. I found 1000 bulk for 45.00 plus shipping but couldn't use that many. I use the mustads large
I seen them advertised in small -x large . to use with 1/8 oz. jigs should I get large or x large ?looking for a way to change gnats quick without shortening the line .:dono
Of the mustads reese?
Yeah, please sir.
Large Coach. You can get the Fas Snap brand from Grizzly Jig for 16.50 for 120 pieces. I just ordered some from them.
Ain't nothing fast about them things! With my failing eyesight and fat fingers, can't work the buggers worth a darn!
That's what I been wondering about, like the idea but am getting old and need things easy.
Try meatgetter on this forum. He has them at a very price. Jerry Gross 870-718-8665 is his number.
Will get a pix but mustads at tj's tackle are 2.50 for 50 I believe.
Here ya go

Those are wire they bend real easy and rust!!!! Fas-snaps are stainless steel! !!!!!!!!
Jerry mine don't last long enough to rust lol but true like anything bronze will rust. I caught some big ol catfish on em so i know they will hold up for my little crappies. U had problems with the mustads?
Okay Guys here is a short video clip of the mustad size 1 snap. Judge for yourself. The size 2 snap bends and will not hold up.

Hope this works
I can't use them with my stiff fingers, usually end up with it stuck under my finger nail. I use the DuoLock snap and have seen no difference.
I have to use needle nose pliers to get them off and on
I think that video proves the strength JW, but the bronze will rust. If you have a box full of rigs, and they get wet by rain, or any other type of moisture, you will have a rust problem. They will rust after you use them a few times as well if you use your rigs over and over without changing them. SS is better in that scenario. I do change all my rigs for a tourney, but I use them until they break when just fishing.
FYI, the best knot I've found for tying the Fas Snap on the rig is with a Uni Knot. Holds tight without slipping once tied. I can't get the double line through the eye of the snap for a palomar knot. The double cinch knot works, but the Uni snugs up better for me. JMO tho.
I've tried some. I'll stay with snap swivels.
Try the Burke knot too. Works on everything and easy to try brm. I understand on the rust issue but i am usually fishing combat style and mine dont last forever like many folks cause i fish in da brush lol. Also i went to the dry box for my fly storage. Ck it out may save your flies too. Yall gonna make me change aren't ya lmbo.
The Burke knot is the same as the Uni but you double the line which is tough getting through the eye of the Fas Snap. If I could get the doubled line through, I'd tie a palomar!!!!
Just run the line through and double back.
Here you go Coach
