Duck breast wrapped in bacon, smoked for awhile and seared... Covers in orange marmilade/real butter mixture

Had fresh back strap for lunch, but gotta say it just don't get no better 'n that, hawg'! Had this exact thought watchin' specklebellies rain in all weekend. Won't be long!

I love the ole greenheads, too, but target specks most every morning of the season, LM. If you'd like to shoot an old barbelly sometime...we can do it!
