Me and my buddy got on the water about 745am water now at 60,caught over 30 on jigs had a few 10s, a lot of good thick 9s most were around 14ft. deep in 16-18 ft of water I was using 3/16 jig head with bobby garland slab doctor in chartreus and licorice worked today, its going to get better now!

They were following the shad, if you can find some structure and stay on it in 16-20 ft of water you could really thumpem cause the shad are around and near the structure too!

Back at it today got on water alittle after 8am, we were the only boat out today, we caught probly 20 or so a few decent ones jiggen and minnows about 10ft down in 18ft of water, too windy to really stay on them marked tons of fish all over lake.

Ramps
Do they pull the docks at the ramps at CJ? If so are they still out? Thanks.

they pulled the fishing dock around and put it in the first ramp slot for the winter its there now the rest stays the same, and they now have all restrooms locked for the winter, probly bankrupt the state to put one porta john in for the winter!

Back at them again today got on water a little after 8am worked down the dam side picked up 25 or so missed a bunch water 46 today black and chart joker on a chart 3/32 jig head worked good but they were hitting minnows too 15 -16 ft. down in about 20 foot of water went to pylons and caught 10 or so before leaving.

IF anyone`s interested, there is a "Meet and Greet" Dec 7th at 8AMish at the Cracker Barrel just off Leffel Lane close to I-70 Exit 54. Hopefully some info from ODNR on the lake and the new Park Manager will stop in...wanna put in 500 attactors (mostly "C" trees but have several pick up loads of osage orange coming in. That stuff will last 20+ YRS underwater...if you`re available stop in...
