I don't get that.
But I get ads for whatever I googled last. I've been getting ladder rack ads for the last few days.
In a few I'll be getting Craftsman lawn mower parts ads.
Are your "Supporter" dues paid up?

I got some texts about this but I did not know what they were talking about. Anyhow its the most recent posts for the whole site.
I added it. I've been using it for a while. And if you were not a "Supporter" you've been seeing it for quite a while now. I like it so I introduced it to everyone. It only shows on the Forum and Thread indexes, not on actual threads.
Is there any way to get rid of it?
There's little arrows at the top right of that block that will more it off the screen if you are a logged in registered user. But it's not a permanent change.Quote:

I turn it off and keeps coming back. Shrinks the screen on my IPad.
You should have had it before. It's only "Supporters" that did not see it till now. I like the feature so I thought I'd turn it on for Supporters too. I guess the jury is still out!Quote:

What wrong with it?
I can remove it for supporting members, but all other members see it this way. They have for a long time. It's not an ad, it's just "recent posts". I thought it would be better if everyone seen the same thing. Other members see google ads there too, but supporting members only see the "recent posts". I'm open to feedback but I'm not seeing whats wrong with the extra feature.
I just put some duct tape on the screen and covers that up.

You got the arrows for "temp" off. But I can't do the on/off button for individuals. I can turn it on and off for the whole group only. All groups have had it on for a long time now except the "Supporters". I was just wanting to make it the same for everyone. But I do have the option to leave it off for "supporters". I'm just not seeing the big negative about it. Someone convince me it's bad. I'm not getting it, but I am listening.Quote:
