The "strangest" thing I've caught this year is a catfish with a pink crank bait in his mouth. He had 100' of line and a pink bandit in his mouth. He hit a black and red Yo-Zuri like he was mad at it.

That's funny Blackfish. I caught on just a little larger this summer on a pink crank that had a red bait in his mouth with about 50 yards of green line on it.
I remember a news report 5-6 years ago of a fellow catching a live octopus at the Lake Conway Dam With pictures and video. That hast to be the topper for me. Could you imagine crappie fishing setting the hook and pulling up a live Octopus in fresh water. LOL
Don't know how strange it is, but I caught a rainbow trout with a Lamprey eel stuck to it's side back in August while trout fishing on the White River. Not the first time I've seen that as Crappie Pro did the same thing while fishing with me a couple of years ago.
Caught several crappie this spring with lamprey on them
I caught a channel cat and it had a crappie jig hanging out it's rectum. Will try to post a photo later.
I caught a guy telling me some one put a
Structure near one of his stake beds and

pm its location or put it on here for everyone. thanks

I was pulling up my ancor and it got hung up on something. I kept pulling and it was an old trotline with rusty hooks some of them broken. I was gathering up all of he line to throw it away at the dock when it started pulling back. There was a 30 to 40 lbs black buffalo on the line. He started whoppin the side of my boat and some folks in the cove started hollering CHOOT HIM CHOOT!!! like Troy on Swamp people. He finally broke free.

The only thing different I caught this year was last week on greers. I thought I had two rods hung up then they popped loose and had about a 100' of green mono attached with a pink bandit 300 with one of those custom painted chartreuse tails.
You guys on Greer's cleaning up on Creek's Bandits?

No doubt the funniest pic I've ever seen on crappie.com...everytime.
Caught my girl with a crank bait. Luckily wasn't bad and was able to get the hook out without going to the ER.
Not strange usually catch one every few years in the river but this year I thought I had a state record on the end of my line.It fought hard and stayed deep thought at times my rod was going to break it seemed like anytime it wanted line it took it like I had no drag, zoom.Closer to the boat the harder it fought going deep at times and when I finally got it to boat whiched seemed like forever it got off.Fishing buddy looked at me and said I have to give you credit you fought that sucker like a pro but don't you wished it had been a fish instead of that #%@%$# rock.
