Are the uprights 18 inches on these and how wide is the horizontal bar? I may be interested in them for the back of my boat.
The horizontal bar is approx 12 inches, and they are the standard uprights not short ones. I have them boxed up as they were ready to ship. If you need specifics just pm number and i get em for you.
