Got some thinly sliced steaks covered with cream cheese, onion, and mushrooms. Then rolled up and pinned with tooth pics. They on the cool end of my smoker now just soaking in the smoke. Gonna move to the hot box in a few minutes to sear. Attachment 138808
Finished product, gonna serve with some butterbeans and cabbage
