I love Tuna but for some reason, I just don;t like it raw. I've tried it a few times at Ichiban at the Sushi bar and I just don;t like it. hat glaze is fine. I got to looking around the fridge awhile back and just started pulling stuff out and throwing it together, turns out great. this time I had Cilantro in there and chopped some and threw it it after the glaze was reduced. Added some good flavor
