The finest floor we ever installed. Solid 3/4 tongue and groove white oak. Sanded three times. 60, then 80, then 120, three coats of poly, sanded with 220 between coats. Dark walnut stain. Lots of work to this floor but man it is nice.

Wow! That looks double barrel tough! You could comb your hair in that shine! Good job!
Great job, a floor to be proud of!!
I am gonna run some shoe mold and door transitions tomorrow and call this baby done. Took some carpet out of a womans house Wednesday, she was gonna put laminate flooring down and when we got the carpet up it had solid red oak under it. Talked her into letting us sand and refinish it for her instead of the laminate.
Man, that looks great!!!! Good job GDG
Holy cow!!!
Shines like glass. Great job.
Very nice!!!!!!!
Wow that's purdy
Too purdy to walk on!
Really looks good Sammy
Very nice, I appreciate the work involved. Extremely labor intensive. I did the same thing in my house 10+ years ago by myself. Didn't want carpet or vinyl anywhere in my house - only hardwood floors and tile. Again, very nice work. Hat's off to you. :ThumbsUp
Great job Sammy. That looks fantastic. Your usual extreme quality. But that makes my knees hurt just thinking about it.
You've got a reputation for doing first class work for sure!
You'd have to take your shoes off if that floor was in my house. Great job Sammy!

Awesome job as always Sammy!Your clients sure get more than they pay for!
