be careful not to cut the lectric cord
I had one when I only needed light trimming, It worked great for light stuff and no vibration or hard starting. Important to keep the chain sharp!!!!
Well worth the money imo.
I have one that I use for wood carveing.......I still prune and trim my trees with a small light weight gas one though.
May be cheaper to hire a messican to do pruning if it is infrequent. G will give you the $$$$$
Used an electric pole saw to prune some decent sized limbs. It worked great.
I have a pole saw and a 14"chain saw both do great .just keep plenty bar oil in them!!!!!!!
It's all you need for what you are doing Major. Like MeatGetter said just keep it well oiled and chain adjusted.
Elec, pole saw will take care of that trim work.
about 40 bucks at harbor freight and works finem to trim up Bradford pears.
Major get you a cordless saws all and put a limb blade in it, have had both and much prefer my saws all. Mom got one back in the spring and loves it.
I wish we had lite trimming around here. Cordless saws all is what I'd use.
The cordless saw does come in handy but the pole saw will reach about 10ft or better.
