Pm meatgetter and request a catalog. You can also just have him put together a bag of his favorites. Cant go wrong there either.
I love me some Critters!! I am skeptical until I can prove different. Get plenty of colors and experiment. Different colors do better in different water.
Matter of fact, I got to get another order together!
They are the bomb, my friend! Order a sample pack when you order your catalog.
I guess I surrender too. I'm the hardest person to change. But I will say that I've learned a lot from here and every change I've made as a result of posts from fellow crappie addicts on this site have been good to me. PM to meatgetter on its way!
Best value of any money you spend on fishing. (except for minners to tip the critters):biggrin
goblerblaster check your pm's:biggrin Are you on a phone or computer?
gobler - Take it from me you wont regret getting some critters. As with his great jigs these things are tied to last and hold up very well. They will fade in the sun before they come unwound. They last forever. The best color is anything with chartreuse in it. Also blue head white skirt, white head yellow skirt, black head blue skirt.........there I go again. They Work!!
Guys, I'm sorry but I obviously have created some confusion with this post. What I meant was for you to order a variety of Minner Critters in different colors, say 3 or 4 of about a half dozen good colors and try them and then place another order for the ones you think work best. I never intended to suggest that Meatgetter is giving away free samples. That's how he makes a living, by making and selling one of the best crappie catching products out there! You'll never regret the money spent on Minner Critters, and they are very reasonably priced. Sorry for the confusion, guys, and Jerry. Hope this clears it up.
Besides the obvious # 129 " Spanky" what other 3 colors would you suggest would work best for Nimrod and Lake Dardanelle?
I wish I was close enough to that lake to tell you. I used a #46 in 1/8 oz last year camp and did well with it. I am not used to fishing in that deep of water and wish I had a 1/4 oz. That # 46 is also a Conway color. Use a white nibble.
#s 129,11,46 and 3 if you can't catch none on these go home cause they are not biting!!!!!!!!!
