What style are you looking for? I had some clear plastic ones from walmart years ago. They had magnets to hang onto the register. They were ok, cheap. Would direct air up or down.
I entered air diffuser at home depot and this is what I got.

Keep in mind larger air stones require a LOT of power to push air through them. Your best bet is the standard sized blue or green airstone found at Wal Mart.

Ok, first time I've heard of an air stone called a diffuser.
It's called an Oxygen Diffuser for using with oxygen bottles.
