was just wondering how you guys store your plastics. do you put it all in a plano or the like box? Or do you leave in the original packaging? just wondering what would be the best way to organize. And what ways have you guys come up with to organize tackle.:popcorn
I use the water proof Plano like these.

Multiple soft sided cooler/lunch box (most are 6-pack size) filled with original package. Each cooler is filled with similar styled baits.
I tend to leave them in the original bag because I have had some foul my tackle box in the distant past. Maybe they are made better these days? The ones I left in the box melted and stuck to everything making a nasty mess. I have several smaller plano boxes in my tackle box to store like items like plastics and hooks and sinkers and crankin lures.

Plano 3730 is deeper than the regular 3700. I like those because I usually by mid south tubes by the hundred pack and there's plenty of room to keep them all in and toss the bags away
I paint my tops of the Plano boxes with white spray paint for plastic. Helps keep the fadeing and heat down when laying in the boat.
I used worm binders for a long while, they worked well. Now days I just leave them in the pack the come in and throw them all into a rubbermaid container. Its easy to find what I'm looking for when they are all in packs.
I do a little of both. I have plastic boxes for the ones I have used wot my jig heads and a few of bodies. Most I keep in the container bags they came it. As I use or lose them I will take a few out to replace the lost ones.
I leave them in the original bag if they are scented. Usually, they are scented and the scent last longer that way. Unscented I put in a plano type box.
I leave mine in the original packaging and keep them in softsided bags.
Guess I have 'em both ways, but I kinda like this setup for up front while fishing. Takes up less floor space.
