Have any of you tried the B&D Carving knives as filet knives? I am probably close to 15 years in with mine and going strong. The biggest hurdle I've encountered was finding replacement blades and figuring out how to sharpen them myself, other than that the thing is pretty much indestructible.

I don't know if the new ones are as good, also the blade on the new ones has a little 90 degree angle right where it comes out, mine doesnn't have that.
