Good catch Greg. I sat there and watched Nimrod catch a limit in that channel yesterday. I found a few good brush piles in the main lake that held lots of fish. The evening bite was AWESOME.
You should have looked us up. I could have shown you a thang or three about blind dragging for fish and triangulating structure by hanging up three or more poles and pinpointing said structure by the angle that the lines intersected the water.
I was there yesterday from 7 or so till 1ish....is it just my lack of skill.....or is it hard to get them to bite a spider rig going up and down 12 o 18 inches 20 times a minute!!!! 23 or or so 9 to 10 inch fish ain't nothing to show off!!!

Never saw but one boat over by carden point. Yall must have been hiding. Nimble and i visited for a minute and we parted ways to hunt them crappie. Yall didnt tell me about the fall camp you guys were having. I missed the fish fry too lol. Maybe next we will cross paths just look for the red boat.

Think I saw yall out there. Yall were headed back towards the ramp. We found a few as well I think ended up with 25. Some on the small side tho.
I may try up river on my local water here in a week or so when I can get some days off work. I've noticed it's a fresh water, more oxygen, river channel bite this time of the year if you can find brush that's in deep enough water way up in most rivers.
