You must be entering those in the Rodeo in Jax, good luck. I had foot surgery last week and will be in SC till Sep 21st recovering. I believe Jeff Brown and his buddy will have a few to enter......
Nice catch Russ, I cant wait to get back on the water, still have 3 to 4 weeks of therapy. Keep up the good fishing.

Hey Vic. Glad to here you are doing well, Hope to see you soon. Will be in Winter Springs in Oct. Keep in touch!!!
I had to get another dang foot surgery, hopefully this will be the last. Gonna be off my feet for another month at least but maybe the end result will be worth it. I'm good on equipment, I have crutches and a little roller scooter that looks pretty funny, thanks for the kinds words.
Well the tournament is over. The picture of the fish and my tournament fish came from Dead Lake. Got big fish of the day for Saturday and 3rd over all. My total winnings was $450. If you ever want to know what it's like to throw a $300 fish back in just let me know.

Thanks guys. Between the heat and lightning storms it made for some tough fishing. On Saturday I fished in a lightning storm that had to be the worse storm I ever fished in. It lasted about 2hrs. I stayed out there the first hour. Caught the 1.6 then. Already had a 1.8 in the live well. So Bone Head me culled the wrong fish. :banghead 1.8 would have gave me second and $300 more. You can put my name on the ballot for JADA of the year
Don't let these guys get to you, your not the first guy to do that. I went to Sport Authority and got their culling kit. It has 6 different color balls with adjustable weights on them. That way you can readily see weigh & color code in live well. I bought two kits. That way I would have enough to hold a least 8 fish in my live well, in case one die, I would have 7 live fish for the weigh in.(CM) Anyway they work great, I use mine in every tournament I fish. Good luck!!
ONE MORE TIME!!! GREAT JOB RUSS!!! :crazy:Jumping Jacks Icon:HandsClappingrotflrotflrotflrotflrotflrotflro tflrotflrotflrotflrotflrotflrotfl

russ what size xl or xxl
Anybody who fishes through a lighting storm in an aluminum boat ought to get extra prize money just for having the guts to stick it out! I would have said the lighting temporarily blinded me and I culled the wrong fish. Fishermen are supposed to be better story tellers.:Rofl
