Break out the old griswald cast iron. Eggs cooked in a cast iron skillet gives enough daily iron for a healty person.

Guys I feel fine except for my back but I can live with it.Waiting for Butla to get right.So far cant tell anything about this iron stuff except I tried the pills and had a bad reaction,so had to try the infusions.
