Nice fish there Chuck.....hope to see you soon at Talquin
Nice cats! Were you using a Santee Cooper rig? LOL
Yes and I was also bouncing the bottom of the canal. Had to use #5 oz, the current was 2.1 mph. Lots of fun. I am putting a trailer at Blacks so I can enjoy the crappie fishing and kitty's in the fall, winter and spring.. Plan on doing this for 3-4 years and then back to Talquin.
Well you have got it made then.
Anyone who wants to fish Santee, let me know. I will share a report with you and the area I am finding fish. I just plan on doing this for 2-3 years and then back to Talquin. I feel that Talquin is heaven on earth. So peaceful and great CC members. I still plan on fishing the Slabfests on Talquin and Crescent.
