Came up a pretty good storm yesterday evening. Didn't seem like a lot of wind but we had some hellacious lightning. Took out a big hickory tree behind my house. Guess I'll be spending the weekend with Mr. Stihl chainsaw.

Glad it missed your shop which btw is very nice. Man that Stihl will make them buckshots pop out on yo forehead if you aint careful.

Yes I to am glad you didn't have any building or body damage. Please do watch where you are standing when you make your cuts. Those saws don't feel a thing if you get into them.

I saw an ad on craigslist for hickory. The logs were cut about 4 to 6 inches long, that's a lot of cutting. Then split into 2 to 3 inch pieces. A 5 gallon bucket for $10. Well over priced I would say.
