when we all signed up here, we agreed to follow Slabs rules for the site......nothing wrong with him enforcing them....that's part of my job here as a Moderator, to help him do that....it's those rules that make this one of the best fishing forums out there.....we should all do our part to help keep it that way.....

I wasn't involved in the Bream ID thread except for posting the popcorn guy. I did get involved though with the snake loving folks though :). You're right, this is the best site of all.

OT = Off Topic .... jokes (kid friendly), and subjects not necessarily related to fishing or Crappie fishing.
WOT = Way Off Topic ... anything Political, Religious, or Sexual Orientation minded (except for prayer requests, which are OK on any forum) ... off color jokes (not kid friendly) ... etc.
BUT ... be reminded that ALL site rules apply in either forum (except you are allowed to discuss political/religious/sexual orientation matters in the WOT forum). You still cannot use adult language (curse words), resort to abusive name calling, post pictures of nekkid women, etc.
You are asked to follow the unwritten rule, not only on these two "off topic" forums, but on ANY of the site forums ... that rule being -- "agree to disagree, with civility".
The OT forum was initiated to take the non-fishing related posts off the Main Message Forum, so as to keep it more easily navigated & the threads fishing related.
The WOT forum was initiated to allow a forum for the political discussions/debates to continue, but under a password protected format so that only those whom wanted to be involved, could be ... separate from all the other forums, and out of view of kids & those whom did not want to view them.
