Man that looks good! Put you some hot red pepper flakes or something to give it heat and call it "VooDoo Crappie".
Oh it had heat. I used a bottle of wine, 2 sticks of butter plus carrots, celery, onions, garlic n about 3 tablespoons of crab boil in the poaching liquid. I had no idea it would that good. Cooked the diced maters for a few minutes n added about 2 cups of poaching liquid to the maters
Oh and a cup of chicken stock n juice of 1/2 lemon plus zest of a 1/2 lemon
That looks good DD, need a cold bullet right beside it tho bro. I just got home a lil bit ago from work and the boss lady had a late day also at work. Looks like it a bullet and pizza for me tonite.
