Looking good GDG. Man, yall eat good down in your neck of the woods
Looks reel good
HI-Rent area for sure.
Heck, I stood in line for almost 2 months for the filets that we grilled today....
True story...got cheese too.
Wife loves it. Didn't even have to turn the oven on in the kitchen.
Mmmm
Looking good Sammy. Have a great time
That's what she said!!
Gdg could you possibly tell me how u grilled them fish? Been wanting to try some
Easy as heck. Spray ya some foil with pam then lay the fillets on there, I season mine with slap ya momma seasoning and some fresh ground black pepper. Put em on the grill laying on the foil for about five to 10 minutes or until they are flakey. Rite before I take them off I drizzle em with some lemon juice.
Looks good, we cooked our salmon tonite in the oven. Seasoned with panco crumbs and crushed pecans.
Wife enjoyed hers Feesh, I stuck with the crappie.
I understand salmon ain't your thang. The crappies look good too
I can do canned salmon a few days a month, the fresh stuff no way.
That grill looks like it cost more than my house is worth. A lot more than my rent.
Blacken some tuna steaks and you got some good eats from some red fish meat, but I ain't much for salmon either unless it is Bourbon glazed with crushed pecans and brown sugar. Sashimi yellow fin tuna is some kinda good too.
We grill tuna steaks on a regular basis at my place. Mighty fine eating, good for you also.
But I got to say smoked salmon is pretty darn good in my book. Smoking it gets rid of that red color you don't like too ATM.

That looks good right there. We had DEER POT PIE last night YUMMMMM
Looked mighty good Sammy. I've gotten to where I would rather cook my fish on the grill than fry it.
Will give it a try.
