Well Oscar the wiener dog had to go back to the vet this morning and the vet just called and said the little feller had a stroke. Needless to say the misses is not very happy. This is gonna be rough

Sorry to hear about Oscar.
Vet just let us know he didn't make it through. Oscar had been with Melissa through some hard times and got her through them before we met. It is a tough one. Thank y'all for your thoughts.

One thing for sure I can hardly imagine another dog being taken care of like Melissa has with Oscar--other than Sophie :) we don't have children except for the pooches They sure have it better then me that's for sure:D

Sorry to hear it Mike. It's tough and my thoughts are with you. I've had dachsunds since the 1950's and have two at home right now.
Tks. Yep my wife has had other dogs but dachsunds are her favorite--wont have anything but. She had to take the other one to the vet today:bangheadQuote:
