Interesting post Danny, why not I say. It's fun to read the different movie lists that everyone is posting although I'm clueless on some/most. I probably haven't seen a movie in twenty something years. Ya'll keep posting.

ANY super hero movie.....Bruce Willis movies...although I do have a preference for DIE HARD.... RED.....
-
Mel Gibsons "The Passion of the Christ"!!!!
-
A couple of my wife's favorites are "Arsenic And Old Lace" with Carey Grant and Seven Brides For Seven Brothers, she likes all the old stuff
-
20 my guilty pleasure movie "Napoleon Dynamite" , yea, I know. Vet I forgot about Bruce Willis. Good Stuff! I was born the same day as him. I think we were switched at birth. I'm the one, supposed to be rich and famous, instead of just good lookin. :biggrin And Mel Gibson, might not handle drink to well, but what an actor. Lot's of great ones from him."Braveheart" and the "Patriot". Also always liked Matthew Broderick. "Glory " is high on my list.

I love movies and a lot of those you all listed are pretty high in my book, especially anything John Wayne or Cary Grant.
Mr. Holland's Opus is also one of my favorites and an old one called Man's Favorite Sport. You fishermen would get a kick out of that one if you haven't seen it.
Hollywood Canteen is another good classic
Cars
How to Train A Dragon
Battleship
List is too long. Fun thread though!

On Golden Pond hasn't been mentioned. But my Favorite is still " Always " I saw a Movie years ago and the Pilot was flying a PBY- Catalina. I developed a love for that pre War plane that could put Torpedos in the water. I purchased a set of plans To build one. I had a source that went out of business to purchase the Balsa wood and Radio Controll supllies needed The Wing span is 8 feet , and Fuselage is 6 feet. I was going to use a smaller pontoon plane as a trainer. I was going to fly both these at D'Arbonne
