Ok guys my boat trailer tires are wearing Bad I mean bad on the inside. I noticed this a couple years ago and had them turned around and ruining max air pressure but its getting worse. What's the problem.

Make sure the axel isn't bowed, also jack the trailer up and spin the tires. Make sure they spin quiet. I had the same wear as you on the left side of my trailer. The inner bearing was not seated properly. I took it off 3 or 4 times before I realized what the problem was.
I had the same problem but my axle was sagging from to much load. I had to replace with a larger axle.
I think it's the axel this is the second bass tracker I had that has done this.
Missed spelled Axle. My bad.
It's most likely the axle... Had the same problem before and replace it. Never had anymore problems...

I have that problem from time to time on a 4 wheeler trailer. I've over loaded it and the axle is bowed. You can replace it or , as I do, you can chain down the axle on the outside and jack up the middle putting 1 or 2 degrees of camber in it.
More than likely the axle. Ive always overloaded a boat trailer and ended up with that problem
Have a trailer doing same thing. Y'all talked about overloading and made me think of the 14 bags of corn I put in it one time. Shouldn't have bowed it to much. I figure it had to be about the same weight as a cooler full of crappie.
I figured out that you can buy a bigger axle alot cheaper than you can buy two sets of tires every year. I also had a trailer do this from the time I pulled it off the lot. Checked the axle and it was installed upside down. Definitely sounds like the axle.
I've never had a boat trailer that didn't do this, but if you have to replace the axle go with a heavier one , then you shouldn't have any more issues
Same problem with my feet! To much weight . Aint funny! LOL.
Throw away the bias plies and get Radials. Fixed my problem just like that.
Ordered a new 3500# axle yesterday from Ward axle supply $110 including springs only $10 difference with or without springs. Pulled my boat up there and they measured it. Only takes 1 or 2 days to pick it up. Makes it nice to just remove 4 bolts and put the new axle right back to the old hangers.
I have the same tires that came on the trailer in 2005. The first sign of wear was on both edges of the tires. Not enough air? I went from 45# to 60# with no change in the wear. Everyone I talked to said not enough air. So I went to 70#, now the edges are cupping as if the trailer is bouncing. I don't see or feel any bouncing when hauling it. I'll put a pair of Radials on it before hauling it again.
Custom Springs in Memphis said I need another axle, to much weight for 1 axle. Bring them the empty trailer, they will configure the 2 axles to the trailer, add 1 and double fenders for $400.
I have a 3500# axle on my 4 wheeler trailer. I guess I should have gone to a 5000#. I have never overloaded it, but carrying a pallet of seed on it and the shock load effect from rough roads is what bent mine.
As tough as I am on trailers, I may build a tandem axle 4 wheeler trailer next!! :Rofl
I know a guy in north little rock who can bend it to set toe and camber , he is good , worked with him for years :fish
