So....... leave your gun at home and be the only one who isn't carrying?:dono
Will not open carry in parks but I aint going unarmed
Thanks for posting that WB, it does clarify about the National Parks.
they are mad because they lost the spillway closure issue on all TVA lake and locks I was told lol
So, open carry for anyone and concealed with a permit only?
Ok here is what I understand...Mississippi was already an open carry state but the AG and judges tried to define it out of existence by saying a holster on your hip concealed part of the weapon. They even went as far as to say if you wore it on a string around your neck, the part of the gun that was covered by the string was considered concealed. The new law simply says they only have the right to regulate concealed carry and as long as any part of the gun is visible it is considered open carry. Correct???
Thats what my local Sheriffs office told me Rip......they also told me a list of places it could not be carried.
I also read some arguments against it, such as if we go on a domestic disturbance and there is alcohol or drugs involved blah blah blah. Isn't it illegal still to carry while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, concealed or open???
Most definitely illegal to carry while under influence. Not even one drink.
This means that DD will be unarmed at all times. Hehehehehehe
