Watch YouTube. They'll show ya how to pull em out with heavy string or braid. Had to pull one from my wife, and South65 pulled two outta my fingers. Been fishin all these years, and only been caught deep twice, both times with Mason. I got careless, and it ain't fun. It looks scary to pull one out, but really it ain't that bad. Always remember when using them finger catchers to never put your hand in the fishs mouth when hooks are in the mouth and always use pliers. I think this greatly reduces the opportunity to get hooked. Everytime me and BRM pull cranks together he puts one in his hand lol
