Looks good, but you should have seen a show I stumbled on to last week. It was about finding the best sandwich in America and this show was covering up around the Great Lakes area. One place had one, sorry don't remember the actual name, but it was something like a fish taco sandwich. It was made by a guy that clearly a really good cook and one key was his home made mayonnaise using canola oil and he also put some lime in the mix as well as some peppers. He used mahi mahi fried and some jazzed up what looked like cabbage salad then a taco shell on top and bottom and then a bun on top and bottom. Looked really good!
