You've got piranha in your fishing spot. I specialize in removal. Please pm location of spot so I can come and make it safe to go in the water again.

Don't know what I would do without you getting these piranha before the hot summer swimming time.
Great catch and yes bed fin tearing up most likely or a near miss from a Gar.
Looks like you are fishing the docks. Bet there are some piles there. Nice catch...
Good catch out of a pretty lake. Those clear lakes beat me like a yard dog.
nice fish
I pulled one or two out of the dock while waiting on someone... Normally a bunch of dinks under there.
:hesaid:hesaid Now that our home waters are back down to normal and I have my minner live box fixed up and ready for residents I think I'll give em a go this week on some fairly clear waters myself, not quite as clear as the TAW but still tough to catch much off of. I've seen crappie like those and wondered if it was near misses from the over populated gar or what? I'd think a good load of bird shot would take care of those pesky gars?
The clear lakes aren't that bad once you figure them out... Ouachita is the only lake I fish, you just gotta find those sweet spots... Normally once you find em they'll bite. I throw out brush piles once a year or so, that helps quite a bit.
