Those are some good fish buddy! How were you fishing? Red worms?
Awesome!
biggest I've ever seen. congrats. :yikes
Super nice fish!! What were they hitting? Where in VA did you find those chunks?
Nice :highfive
Thanks guys. Suffolk, VA public reservoir. Nightcrawlers on the bottom only with splitshot attached no bobber.
Those are some spectacular shellcrackers Kitt! I recently caught some at Barkley Lake that were close to two pounds and it's by far my favorite fish to pursue. It's a strong challenge to go out and find them, catch them in decent numbers and of course they are superb fighters. They can humble a fisherman real quick too, one day you're catching twenty five hogs and the next week you're lucky to catch any.
Some nice saucers bud!
Holy cow them are some biggins !!
great catch...these are some beauties...congrats
Beautiful shellcrackers! Congrats :):)
Those are some very nice crackers! Enjoy the fine eating you'll get from those:)
Nice fish buddy. Hope you catch many more!
Wow those are huge
Amazing! great fishing
Wow!
reel nice crackers
Wow thats impressive, one that size must of hit like a freight train! Been taking my daughters for them down here in Florida and the bite has been slowing down lately and they've moved from my shallow honeyholes. Congrats!
I would definitely be making a visit to the taxidermist with one like that. Sure it will eat good but seeing it on the wall would bring back those good feelings for many years down the road. Shellcracker that size are very hard to come by and it may be a long time coming again. Great pics! I'd have a smile a mile wide too.
Best I've seen in 25 years ! I bet they made that line sing.
Man, I'm moving to Virginia! Those are some pigs!
