Same thing I want to know Duck! "croose"???????????
Moving into our new house this Saturday. I will be glad when the whole deal is over! It has been a pain trying to sell my existing house. Not to mention finding out we have been paying taxes on our house for ten years and the tax assessor measured the house wrong when it was built. We have been paying taxes on a house that is 200 sq. feet smaller than the tax assessor measured it as!
Good Luck......
Mine was on the market for one year! My house is ten years old and I'm the original owner. It would show multiple times a week and I would get tons of hits online. There are just so many houses out there if its not priced right from the beginning there is another one that is. It all worked out though. I built a house last summer that I ended up selling because my existing house hadn't sold. As it turned out we weren't happy with the one we built. the biggest problem was my boat wouldn't fit in the garage. I had them build the garage 25 feet deep just guessing how much room I needed. Well my boat is 25.5 feet from tip of trailer to tip of motor. I had them build this house with a 27 foot garage.
I remember you asking me on that and you were gonna have to park it sideways or something like that. Ours is in an older neighborhood in Ridgeland and we're not asking but $127,500 for it. Every house that has gone up for sale around us has been sold in less than a month
Good luck on the new house and getting rid of the one you're in now.
Think DD is startin to celebrate a little early, you can tell cause his typing gets worse by the Green Cup fulls.

I've heard those short sales can take a while due to the banks
But u can get a deal
Good luck DD:cheers2
We all pullin for u, lookin forward to the pool party:welcome
Take your time, mine stayed on the market for a year. Then someone from out of state put earnest money down just by looking at pics on the website. 1 day before closing the wifey flew in and did a walk through, said it was just what she wanted. I've spent more time picking out shoes, lol. The next day we signed papers and overnighted them to the hubby in Arizona. He bought the house and it was a month later before he ever set foot in the place. Set a fair price and stick with it sooner or later somebody will take it.
Hey, I don't do any lifting but if u gonna move ur self, I have an 18 ft flat bed trailer low to the ground, and truck to pull it..
I more than doubled my initial investment in that place, turned around and paid cash the next day for the one I'm in now. I bought it from Georgia pacific who had transferred the previous owner to Crossett, Arkansas
we're just wanting out of this one. We paid X amount of $ for it and we've put 5 or 6 grand into it. We'll make a little off it but not trying to make a killing. Heck, we' don;t owe but 64 grand on it
Good luck DD
