You will like it, don't use lighter fluid to start it. Get one of those chimneys that you put newspaper under and light it that wayhttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/05/13/zu2e6a3a.jpg

Lookin good Feesh! I know gas may be easier but you sure dont get the flavor like charcoal. I cooked on a gas grill this afternoon for the all the moms on moms day and I just cant keep it from flamin up all the time, jmo. I keep some hickory or some apple and throw one or two chunks on there when I am grillin and really throw the smoke to it, man I love this time of year.
Lump is what I use. Especially on the smoker.
Best way to cook
Thanks, my wife did the sauce...butter, green onions, straw mushrooms, old bay, garlic, lemon juice, cream cheese, white wine, crab meat, crawfish tails, and Alfredo sauce. All added in that order while on medium low heat. She's a great cook and kinda made it up as she went.
Hey GDG, has that cowboy lump got mesquite in it?
Burns hotter longer and don't leave a whole lot of ash.
You're so right about lump charcoal man. Makes all the difference in grilling
