Yeah, bream orange would look good. I'd bar it with a sharpie (black), just for fun. I like the jig and the colors. Lemon lime green is a new one for me.
Thanks! I have Orange or Yellow Barred feathers already, but not this FL Yellow.
Wet that puppy and get your hot sauce ready Skip. Looks good.
Awesome jig Skip :ThumbsUp
Nice tie
Sharp!
beautiful chenille! maybe a flame red head or just like it is.
Thank you guys for all the kind comments and tips. I got this chenille just a couple weeks back and didn't know I was going to like it this much, but when it came in I liked it a lot more than the little samples they have on the cards. Mine are old (probably 7 years or more) and you only see about 1" of the color on these.
Looks good
Over here Skip that would be awesome with just a little white mixed in the tail with those colors. Great looking tie.
Thanks guys! Cray I first saw this chenille or I think it was with a white tail. I just thought it would look good also with a FL Yellow tail. I have always done good on FL Yellow.
how did you do the chrome head? Looks shinier than most powder paints I have seen.
Have used that jig a bunch with a pink head in semi stained water it's a crappie slayer!!!
looks real good Skip
I like it Skip
The jig is perfect as is but if you just wanted some variation, for painted head's, Yellow Chartreuse, Pink or White and for tail's, the same 3 with that green in the middle. Killer's for sure.
Thanks guys!
Sounds interesting Pepop, thanks.
THat's a good looking jig Skip. The only thing I might do is add some red flash, shorter than the feather, in first, between the feather and hook. Just a piece or two. I like the the chenille.
