We have some of the same they seem to like black or red jigs
Cmj Back waters on Arkansas river on black and green crappie magnets.
Good catch
Nothing better than that thump on the end of that jigpole..good cooler full!
Real nice.......
muddy water, white fish? I didn't know that. Guess there's lots I don't know about crappie.
They turn into bass, too???? :popcorn
Seriously, does it work the other way too? Clear water, dark fish?
I've caught some really dark fish in stained water.........heck........that's about all that I fish, now that I think about it. Don't do clear water much.
hmmmm.
General rule of thumb is, clear or shallow water=dark colors. Deep or muddy water=pale fish. Of course, there are always exceptions to the rule. The more light they get, the darker they will be.......normally..........I think.
Oh. Guess I missed the point (hush, guys). Yeah, looks like chocolate milk.
Nice fish Jeff !
Good day for sure
Nice catch for sure!
I feel ya on the shoulder, I can barely net my fish.
